What are the dates? Week 1 - Saturday, March 7 - Saturday, March 14 Week 2 Saturday, March 14 - Saturday, March 21 How do I reserve a spot? Register online and make the $50 non-refundable deposit. Can I reserve spots for my campus? Spaces are only reserved when the non-refundable $50 deposit is paid. Will there be free time to explore NYC? Yes, most evenings are free and the week includes one full free day. What will students be doing? Students will be trained in ministry and help launch spiritual movements on college campuses all over NYC and parts of New Jersey. What will the week look like? You will spend the mornings learning ministry skills and hearing from local NYC pastors and staff. During the afternoons you will be engaging college students all over NYC with the Gospel. There will also be a day where students get to experience various other ministries in New York City through partnerships with Hope For New York, a justice oriented ministry in NYC, and various non-campus Cru ministries. Most evenings are free and you will have one free day to explore the City. Is there parking at the hotel? There is no included parking. If you choose to drive, you will need to find parking arrangements on your own. We strongly suggest all students and staff fly or to NYC (or take a bus/train if you are on the east coast). What airport should I fly into? 3 airports service NYC. You can fly into La Guardia, JFK, or Newark. If you fly into Newark you can take a train from the airport to a stop near the hotel for about $10 - $15/person. If you fly into La Guardia or JFK, it is easiest to take a cab or Uber to the hotel. The cost will be around $40. You can also take New York City Public transportation (bus/subway). This will cost $2.75/person, but may be harder to navigate with larger suitcases. |
